Filter candles come in various configurations designed to effectively remove both coarse and very fine impurities from water or other solutions.
Our filter cartridges are utilized for cleaning lubricating oils, fuels, cooling lubricants, and other fluids. They are tailored to meet the specific requirements of engine manufacturers or industrial system operators, offering a wide array of fabric types. Additionally, we provide complete candle sieve inserts. Available in polyester and various VA fabrics, our filter cartridges undergo rigorous mechanical testing to ensure minimal deformation and widened meshes, thereby preventing bypass for larger particles.
At MARTECH we offer two distinct designs: plug-in or screw-in connections, with end caps available in both metal and plastic. Candle sieve inserts serve as a viable alternative to jacket sieves, especially for the latest generation of double filters with absolutely tight switching. Their advantages include approximately 36% larger filter surface area (depending on filter size), extended service life, and minimal components (seals). Furthermore, the candles can be individually replaced, simplifying the cleaning process.
All essential components, from glue to sheet metal, come from certified European production. We only buy some auxiliary materials outside the EU.
